Tarot for Events
A personal moment in the middle of the party. Guests meet with Will Herrera for individual readings that can be playful, conversational or reflective.
Ideal for corporate mixers, private celebrations, hotel programming, conferences and curated retreats across Miami and South Florida.
We agree on the tone, reading length and guest flow before the event. The time available and expected guest count help determine how many readings can fit comfortably into your booking.
Please provide a quiet seating area and enough space for private conversation. Venue and setup details are confirmed with your proposal.
Immersive Sound & Sound Baths
Listen, settle in and let the room change around you. Will creates live ambient textures and layered sound for group listening, reflection and connection.
Choose a focused sound journey, an opening or closing experience, atmospheric event programming, or a collaboration that combines tarot and sound.
Each proposal accounts for the session length, room, audience size and sound setup. We’ll discuss seating or floor space, power access and venue requirements before confirming the booking.
Participation is an invitation, not a performance requirement. Guests can engage at their own comfort level.
Themed Group Events & Custom Collaborations
Build an occasion around curiosity, connection and a little mystery. We work with private hosts, event planners, hotels and retreat organizers to shape a format that fits the room.
Combine guest tarot readings with an ambient sound experience, plan a reflective group gathering, or develop programming around your event’s theme.
Share your date, location, approximate guest count and goals. We’ll discuss the format, running order and practical requirements before preparing a proposal.
Personal Tarot Sessions
Looking for time that is just for you? Personal readings offer space to explore a question, consider possibilities and reflect on what matters now.
Sessions are available by inquiry. We’ll confirm the format, availability, duration and fee before you book. The reading is shaped around your questions rather than a fixed card-by-card script.
For event guests, participation is always optional. No particular belief system or previous experience with tarot is needed.
Tarot is for entertainment and personal reflection; it is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
